A different video for each session
Assign each session in the timetable its own video or live stream, or use the room's default. This way you can schedule a weekly timetable of recorded classes or streams without reconfiguring anything.
Bookings and class access
- Online classes are booked like any other activity
- They work with your capacity limits, plans, memberships and class passes
- The join link is only available to members with a booking, a few minutes before the start
- The link is included in the booking confirmation email and in the phone calendar (iCal)

Online classes: frequently asked questions
Zoom for live, interactive classes, YouTube and Twitch for live streams, and Vimeo, YouTube or Dropbox for recorded classes. You can have rooms on different platforms at the same time.
For Zoom classes, yes: you need your own Zoom account to host the meetings. For YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch or Dropbox you only need to enter the video or live stream URL.
Class access is only shown to members with a booking and is enabled a few minutes before the start. YouTube live streams can also be set as unlisted, so they can only be reached through the IsMyGym link.
Yes. You can assign a YouTube, Vimeo or Dropbox video to each session in the timetable, so members book the recorded class at its scheduled time like any other activity.
